A proposal to the municipality of Zoetermeer, Netherlands regarding a regional expansion plan in Bleizo West. Analysis of the economy, demographics, physical features and sustainability aspects led to the creation of an urban plan for a multi-modal urban village and innovation hub Bleizo.
