“Glider” is a transit hub, doubling as a plaza to energize the urban fabric. Three passenger terminals converge
into a voluminous geodesic dome at its core– its vortexlike form is optimal for the collection of rainwater. The
dome narrows in the underground direction where people make connections with the underground metro
or subway. It is covered by a sustainable skin with louvres; throughout the day the structure is washed with
daylight.
