Overcoming spatial fragmentation via increased regional connectivity
To overcome low geographical access to health services in Kigali, an interconnected network of cable-cars is conceived to encourage spatial connectivity between current and future health-care centers, university campuses, and mobility hubs- generating axes of care, knowledge, and mobility at an urban scale.
